Their sandwiches are the best you'll find in North Beach! They make a different one each day. My favorite is probably the burrata/prosciutto/quince/arugula on Saturdays. The staff is lovely and are very helpful with wine suggestions for any occasion and price range.
Great local wine shop with membership. Love Thursday evening tasting!
A little off the beaten path and that’s what makes it feel like our own neighborhood secret! Amazing wine, cheese, and treats. Definitely “specialty”, and pricing reflects that, but nothing is outrageous and they carry all the hot sauces and spices and chocolates that you saw once at a tiny store in New York and really wanted to buy but didn’t, and have always regretted. I haven’t tried their sandwiches, but my husband loves them. Can’t recommend enough!
Be aware of the scam they are running at this place, they are selling fake Mortadella for the price of the real one $30/lb). It tastes horrible because is something else of lower quality.
