Krispy Krunchy Chicken - San Francisc

Bad customer service, the Spanish lady at the counter was rude. I asked for suggestions she suggested the following: 2 small pieces of chicken tenders (that were cold and old)fries, small soda and a bisut for $20My intuition was that she overcharge me on purpose. No way, that would had been $20.....I know the local prices in the are.....The lady at the counter, refused to give me my receipt. So, probably I got charge for something I didn't got on my order; or she might had not given me the full order items.(But my back statement showed the purchase and amount.)Whatever, it was hope she enjoyed it.I am a local, living in SF for many years. For the reason, I am a very loyal customer to local businesses in SF. Unfortunately, not this one! Also, I will not recommend to anyone this place. Nor will buy again, specially when a business refuses to give a receipt.

I’m from the city, lived here my whole life. $8 for a single chicken sandwich! The sandwich was average at best, just plain bad at worst.If you are a tourist, avoid the touristy locations in the city and go to where the locals actually eat. You will find far better food for an even lower price! 4/10??

I went to the whole in the wall for take out. I paid $19 for 4 pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. There was no mac n cheese. The ladies there were lovely. Unfortunately the food was not. Out the 4 pieces, 2 were ok. The other 2 were inedible. Pure gristle. Felt like they'd been sitting there for days. The mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal. Sad for a chicken shop. Far too expensive for what I got. giving 2 stars as staff were nice. Should be 1. I'd avoid this place.

Got the 5 special and .50 extra for red beans and rice. Comes with with leg+thigh, biscuit, and a small side. Probably limited time offer. Not going to say it’s the best fried chicken ever but it’s very solid like an 7.5 fried chicken (I’ve had Jollibee/Raley’s fried chicken/von’s/Nash and proper/bubble cone and others). Certainly better than KFC. I wouldn’t pay full price but for a sale/special price I’d say the value can’t be beat it’s a nice little snack like an oasis in the expensive things in SF. Red beans and rice was an 8/10. Biscuit was too much honey slabbed on top and it just didn’t taste very good like bread with no flavor so that was a miss like a 2/10 but still, again don’t expect 5 star food but good value and you’re set.

Dishonest business. We ordered 4 pieces but only got 2.
