Bidrage med feedbackThe guacamole was impressively portioned—comparable to a $5-$6 serving at many places—and was seasoned just right. The tacos featured hot, crispy shells filled with plenty of shredded beef, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and grated queso fresco (fresh white cheese). Topping them off with a bit of guacamole and salsa made these tacos exactly what I had been missing since moving to the Pacific Northwest. The enchilada was loaded with cheese and onion, and the homemade red sauce was sublime—a perfect blend of chiles (not tomatoes) and spices—topped with even more cheese and baked to perfection. Altogether, for only $12.50 including taxes, this meal was one of the best values I’ve experienced recently. The service was quick and friendly, and although the restaurant itself was small and simple with just a few tables and chairs, it was clean and inviting. Wow! My beef burrito was fantastic! Very nice people serving you too
Chubasco is a fantastic little spot for straightforward Mexican cuisine. Personally, I highly recommend the asada; it's always well-seasoned and cooked perfectly every time I've ordered it. The service is lovely as well—the staff is friendly and attentive when taking your order. My only concern is that the meat, particularly the asada when used in tacos or burritos, can be slightly greasy or oily, possibly due to the pan used in preparation. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place to eat!
Fantastic service, a true definition of fresh food, and it’s quiet enough for a comfortable dining experience!
Great food at a great price. The only problem is the lack of parking.
