Subway - San Dimas

By my lonesome picking up 2 sandwiches that were ordered ahead. 2 morning managers behind the counter chatting it up. Waited patiently and assumed orders were done. But no it's not! Took me 20 minutes of waiting. That's not proper. Re-train them.

Staff is very nice, place looks great after remodel. Food was very tasty. The recommendation to try the boss sandwich was perfect.

This location is near my job and so I buy lunch here often. I can't speak on the service since I order on the app and pick up. I've never had any issues with that. The only complaint I have is the way my Wraps or sandwiches are cut. They cut on a diagonal making it extremely messy to eat! For this, I am deducting a star. I try to remember to write a note not to cut my food this way but sometimes I forget. I wish they could just stop doing this.

This Subway seemed to be cleaner and better organized than the other Subway I've been to. I was greeted by Nina, who was very patience and had a positive vibe. She made my sub the way I wanted and the experience made it taste so much better. Thank you again Nina.
