Bidrage med feedbackThe food was oily, and I found a hair in my dish. When I pointed it out, they offered to replace it, but honestly, I had already eaten some of it with the hair in it. I wouldn’t recommend going back.
Ruben was fantastic and even offered me fresh entrées when they became available from the kitchen. However, MJ provided the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. She seemed to take Ruben’s positive attitude and efforts for granted, failing to communicate with him about what she was doing. At one point, she literally pulled my plate away and left me standing there, even though I wanted to order more. They started cutting the chicken in front of me, and it felt like they couldn’t see or hear me at all! Eventually, I placed my order and paid, as I was there to order and enjoy my meal. If it were a buffet, I wouldn't even need MJ. She acted like doing her job was a huge favor, which was very odd and unprofessional.
I went from Staples to Panda Express to Garnet. The person who helped me was not kind. I asked for a plastic cup of sweet and sour sauce (pink sauce) she said it was hard to make, they had only packages to give you now. Much too much work she said. I said you could get it in a bottle and put it warm in plastic cups for your customers. She just said too much work. I'm not going back. I don't want to make her work too hard. I really didn't feel she was taking care of helping the customer.
I'm out of the state and my phone died. I stopped calling my phone so I could use my Gps to get home. I also bought food I didn't just want to be polite if I could? ve just bought a drink. After about 3 minutes sitting at the table, I was addressed by a woman with an aggressive sound that told me that customers are not allowed to load her phone. I asked if there was a reason why and she said, I just told you why I didn't make the rules. If we let all our customers calculate their phones, would they be here all day? I asked her why she spoke so aggressively and approached me as I actually had no problem leaving. I am very disgusting about the way I was treated, how she spoke to me and the amount of inconvenience I showed. I won't return to this place.
I've always heard great things about Panda Express, but my experience at the one in PB was disappointing. The Chow Mein noodles were undercooked and had a crunch when I bit into them, and the food was cold. The Orange Chicken was decent, but it would have been much better if it had been served hot. I don't think I'll be returning.
