Mcdonald's - San Diego

When they get eat from this location. check their order before leaving the running gear thru window. the always forget about their order. only yesterday I had to go back literally and walk in because they forget the ice creams for our order. last time I asked for sweet sour sauce for my order and got nothing. before, a drink had to go back and go in. ugh

This time the drive thru was efficient and didn't have to ask a third time for extra caramel on my frappe and overall the customer service was ok. Big difference from most of the time. And I frequent this location because it's near my home. Otherwise, I'd take the advice from my other reviews. I hope this is a permanent change though. The employees all seemed like new faces so maybe they are finally seeing what needs to be done to get better reviews from customers and more clientele. Cheers

While in the drive- thur, i saw a rat. Wait was long and i sat forever at the third window next to an irate homeless man. 3 stars because the fries were hot af.

Came on the journey through and the person who commands is very rude and we did nothing to him. very disappointed because we expect that we will be treated with something at least and not as if we are uncomfortable with the employee who takes care of his work. I understand that there are many hard people in the city, but they must be respectful to their paying customers. to be rude, directly from the flea mouse, she sets up to be rude in the suit.

I think I made the people in the kitchen angry today or something. Because I ordered a sundae with extra hot fudge and usually they are pretty modest with it but they had so much hot fudge it melted the entire ice cream that made it overflow on the sides. They handed me the sundae and it immediately spilled all out of the sides all over my car and all over my clothes. They also overfilled the fountain drinks that were spilling all over the sides. The burgers condiments were over flowing and all over the wrappers too.A ten dollar meal turned into a 600 dollar detail within one second. Wow.
