Mcdonald's - San Diego

Idon't think they have ever gotten our order wrong. I've always dealt with amazing employees there.

I stopped by for a quick meal and ordered the McRib combo. I was assisted by a very pleasant and professional young lady who greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly welcome—something you don't come across very often these days. After I paid, I grabbed a cup but found the soda machine was out of ice. She noticed my struggle and promptly came over to help me. She took my cup and filled it with ice. Unfortunately, the Dr. Pepper dispenser was also out of syrup. Once again, she stepped in to assist; seeing my frustration, she asked for my selection and brought me another cup of Dr. Pepper right to my table, accompanied by a polite apology. Just a minute later, more ice was added. My order arrived quickly, and everything went smoothly from there. I wanted to express my appreciation for this McDonald's employee's outstanding service and her attentiveness to the conditions in the restaurant. I'm really glad I chose McDonald's that day.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The floors were spotless, from the dining area to the children's playroom. The soda station was tidy, and my coffee actually had a proper amount of coffee rather than being mostly cream. This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever visited. I would have given it 5 stars if they were truly open 24 hours.

I visited McDonald's for the first time in a long while and used the drive-thru to purchase two breakfast platters. Both the cashier and the person who handed us our food were very friendly, and there were no mistakes with our order. This location also featured a new display system, which I found quite impressive.
