Hayes Burger - San Diego

Newbie here to Hayes burger, it was delicious! The delivery was so quick. I will definitely be ordering again from here and spreading the kindness of their yummy burgers.

The food is decent, but I don't think it's worth the price. The service is friendly, but the atmosphere could use some work. I'm not sure if there's an indoor seating area, but the outdoor area is small. Additionally, there is a take-out option available.

Will be back soon!The crew at Hayes Burger were friendly, respectful, and provided 5 star service.My initial thought was that In-N-Out but with a more home made taste (mom and pop, small business quality type of food)I really like their fries — I got the ones with the chopped chilies in it.The burger was flavorful, structured pretty well, with a decent sized patty.They also have these cool mushroom chairs up front and has extra seatings on the side near the freeway.

They use essentially the same ingredients as In n Out but they take it up a notch quality and taste wise. The thousand Island they use has the softest kick to it, almost like horseradish.The fries are good, they offer regular and spicy ketchup. The spicy ketchup is good, but I'm a fan of just the classic stuff.More expensive than I expected, I don't blame them though, gotta pay the bills.$19.64 for the double, fries, and a canned 12oz soda.

The best burger joint in San Diego. If you want an elevated take on the In-N-Out menu look no further. The staff is always friendly, the menu is simple, and the location is off the beaten path. I suggest adding pickles to your burger of choice, and not skipping the Jimi Fries.
