Filiberto's Mexican Food - San Diego

Its darn incredible. I came here about 4 years ago while in the area working on a home. I ordered a chicken asado burrito...it was incredible. I made it a routine to come here to get me that burrito. But here is the kicker...its been 4 years and the taste is still the same...incredible! Its like they have a recipe for this burrito. Time after time, same great taste! Umm its the only thing i order from here, hope the other food they offer here is also good

Place has great food but after 15 years of coming you guys still can't remember to put guacamole in a burrito. The fact that i ask before driving off and I'm told yes is poor service, lying, and stealing as i pay extra. There are many great Mexican places that are open late that don't have this problem.

I recently visited the Taco shop after many years, and I was pleased to find that it is still one of the best restaurants in San Diego. Although slightly pricier than other options, the dishes were consistently delicious. It was reassuring to see that the same cooks and staff members are still working there, just as they were 15 years ago during my last visit.

I wanted beans and my guacamole inside of my burrito…. But i got my beans on a side and my burrito doesn’t have guacamole and i have purchased it.. not happy about it?

I used to love this place. We ordered a tostada plate, carne asada fries, and enchiladas. The enchiladas were cold, the cheese was not even melted, and the tostada was a huge mess and cold too. The fries were decent. Big disappointment.
