Bidrage med feedbackI would give zero stars if I could. 1st off...I am a HUGH Epic Wings fan. Loved them for years...but this location is horrible. They dont clean their food properly. Okay...I know its chicken wings and sometimes you can get a root from a feather on a wing...it happens. It cant be perfect. However. I ordered wings today, was half way through and noticed one of my wings looked funny. Ummmm it was COVERED in feathers. I pulled some off not even realizing at first what it was.They are all over it. It is clear this wing did not get cleaned correctly. Which is scary...what else did they miss if they can miss an entire wing with feathers??? I will never eat at this location again. How could they miss this??
You gotta try their epic fries or epic rice bowl!!! Great choices with $3 beers, friendly service and delicious food! Bread sticks were fluffy and buttery
This isn't just a complaint about the wait; it’s about the dishonesty of the staff and their poor customer service. I want to warn others that their time is not valued here, and encourage you to spend your time and money at better locations like Plaza or Chula Vista. We have visited these other locations frequently over the years, even before the name change, and this is the first time I’ve had such a disappointing experience. It's clear that the front-end employees are new, and while I don’t blame them, the real issue lies with management, who demonstrate a lack of customer service skills themselves and therefore fail to teach these essential skills to newcomers. Apparently, I had this unfortunate experience with a manager. They had multiple opportunities to avoid wasting our time—first, when I called to inquire about the wait time, and again, they could have informed me about the delay before I paid. Instead, my time was disregarded. When I expressed that the wait had been excessive, emphasized that I had inquired about the wait time beforehand, and requested my money back, I was never given even a halfhearted apology for the inconvenience, let alone any reasonable solution.
I waited 40 minutes for a single meal, and when I asked for a refund, I was told it would take 3 to 4 business days. So now I have to wait until next week to get my money back. To top it off, I watched everyone around me receive their orders.
I would give this place a negative 5 if I could! The service is consistently slow, even when you call ahead. But that's just the beginning of the issues. The customer service is shockingly poor—it's disappointing to see franchise owners trust their businesses to such incompetent employees. The so-called "manager," Omar, refused to add a side of chili peppers because he claimed there was no button for it in the system. He was suggesting my friend buy an entirely new salad just to get the peppers. It's unbelievable how clueless that is. There were countless ways he could have resolved the situation, but he just wouldn’t. I won’t be returning to this location for epic wings again.
