Awesome vibes in this place. The sweet mint cold brew is worth the trip alone. Great lunch options too! Parking situation is rough but it’s not too bad. Friendly people. Always busy so your chance of getting a seat/table is mixed. Definitely worth visiting though and there’s plenty of options for everyone, including alcohol. Also a small gift shop.

Truly the best matcha I have ever had. The iced vanilla latte was also delicious. I have been back twice in the past week because it is that good. Super strong, smooth, and you can really taste the quality.
