Cafe Luna San Diego

The owner of the restaurant refused to honor a gift certificate that was issued 10 years ago. The certificate had no expiration date and was signed by a previous owner. Despite acknowledging that he knew the person who signed it and that they had previously owned the cafe, he still refused to honor the certificate simply because it was signed by a different owner. This lack of respect and refusal to honor past debts is unacceptable. I would advise against dining at a place that does not value the loyalty and patronage of its customers. Please steer clear of this establishment.

I loved the food and Jaime's hospitality was exceptional. However, the staff seems to struggle with remembering the specials and prices. The service was disappointing, which ultimately took away from the overall dining experience.

If you haven't visited Cafe Luna in the Carmel Mountain Ranch area recently, you are truly missing out on a fantastic dining experience. The dishes are absolutely amazing, the service is top-notch, and there is even great entertainment on Saturdays. I highly recommend checking out Cafe Luna!
