Bubble Up Boba And Waffles - San Diego

This place offers the best boba in the area, and it looks like the ice cream is excellent as well!

I brought my daughter and her friend to this restaurant, and they had a great time exploring all the creative toppings and combinations available. It took them some time to make their choices, but the staff was very patient with them. Fortunately, there was no one waiting behind us. Once we placed our order, the food was prepared quickly and looked just like the pictures in the store. Their bubble waffle ice creams were absolutely picture-perfect, and the kids really enjoyed the delicious, visually appealing treats!

The man who was working when I went recently was incredibly rude and got my order wrong. the boba was very chewy and not well made at all. older man with an accent. not happy, do not recommend. the five star reviews all were because free drinks were offered for five star reviews. way overpriced as well, almost $10 for a simple drink. don't come here.EDIT: the owner responded and claimed he never incentived reviews. i think the owner is the man i was talking about. well that is a LIE!! for many weeks there was an offer for a free fruit drink if you give a five star review. that's the only reason the rating is so high. notice how many reviews are 5 stars but have no text? shameful that the owner decides to LIE when called out for this, which is highly illegal.

I love there boba it’s well made and there staff is really kind
