Big City Bagels Cafe- Bcb Cafe

I ordered ahead w plenty of time for pick up, hadn’t even started my order prior to my arrival 20 min later received my food without the $5(!! cream cheese I added called to receive refund they don’t answer the phone!! Riddle me what the value here is

Pretty brutal experience. Bagel took 20 minutes to make past the quoted online pickup time. When I finally went back up to the employee to check on the bagel as many walk ins had come and gone my order was just sitting on the back food counter (for god knows how long).Get home and they completely messed up my order, gave me the entirely wrong bagel.This is a big city, there are better options.

Everything was very delicious, but the best thing was the attention they gave us. The young lady was extremely helpful.

Five stars when the owner is there, 0 stars when they 're not. My husband popped in today, the ladies at the counter ignored him for a while even though they were just chatting which is whatever, he 'll live, but after he paid he asked for the bathroom code to which one of the ladies responded with I don 't want to talk to you, I want to talk with her (coworker) . Again rude, but at least the coffee is good right? Nope, we ordered two BLENDED mochas, they gave us two bland mochas that were blended with no ice, and didn 't even fill the cup all the way.

I really like this place as it is the only place you can get a real New York style of bagel in San Diego, but they always are out of Salt bagels by 9Am.You always have a ton of the bagels that I hate (and don't seem to sell as well) like onion and sesame seed, but you never have enough salt bagels.Why not just make more salt bagels every morning??????
