Ben Jerry's - San Diego

During a recent visit to San Diego, CA, we had the opportunity to visit Harbor Village and stopped at Ben Jerry 's for an ice cream treat. The waitress was the rudest person I 've ever encountered. We asked her several questions about the ice cream to which she replied, ;look at the wall! We received no thank you. If I 'm going to spend $7.85 for an ice cream cone, I expect superb service. I informed her I was going to write this letter and she should improve her customer service skills. I will never spend another dime at a Ben Jerry 's regardless of what state I 'm in.
