Starbucks - San Clemente

I typically don't write reviews, but today I felt compelled to do so. The service at this Starbucks is terrible. The young girl making drinks was extremely rude and intentionally working slowly with a bad attitude. They usually only have two employees working and it takes at least 25 minutes before they even take your order, even if you're third in line. If you're in a hurry, I would not recommend this Starbucks.

There was only one other person in line in front of me, but I waited 10 minutes before my order was taken. The two workers kept talking to each other and clearly did not care about other peoples time. They were also rude to customers who had been waiting an extremely long time for their drinks. Horrible service, will not be coming again.

Just the worst SB around, just dumped out the coffee i got from there it was so gross lol

This establishment is the worst in the entire chain due to its mismanagement. It is often out of items with no communication at the counter, and there are long wait times even when there is no line. The staff should be more attentive or the restaurant should be closed to maintain the reputation of the chain.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I'm not sure if they have new staff, but I have been disappointed with several orders lately. The coffee is either too bitter or too weak. I suspect that the last pumpkin spice latte I had was just flavored hot milk.
