Pizza Hut Express - San Clemente

I went to this restaurant with a friend and have been hooked ever since. I love the great atmosphere, fresh food, and drinks. Highly recommend it.

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent. I always order online to take advantage of their rewards program, which definitely pays off. The pizzas are either perfectly fluffy or thin and crispy, making them delicious every time.

My experience at Pizza Hut was very disappointing. I ordered a cookie that was burnt, and when I called to request a refund, the employee named Chen was confrontational and refused to give me a refund unless I brought the cookie back to the store. This was the worst pizza place I have ever been to in my 40 years. I will not be returning to Pizza Hut in San Clemente.

My friend ordered one small dinner box with the assurance it would be 50-60 minutes tops. An hour and a half later he called the store wondering why it wasn't delivered and they told him his order would now be an extra two hours. He nor I will ever order food from this place again

Lol cold fold, tiny chicken wings. Ordered pizza because it was a 30mim wait. Now I have to wait even longer to eat because they brought me the worlds smallest chicken wings.
