Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - San Clemente

First quality, all natural frozen yogurts are the best. They carry my favorite aromas and yogurt is always perfectly creamy. Beautiful atmosphere and very clean restaurant.

I ordered a frozen yogurt cake without cake (two layers of yogurt with milk chocolate chips between layers) for a party and specifically told them that I could get 2 gluten-free children and 1 with Celiac to the party and therefore I could not have cakes. When she said an Oreo center was popular, I also explained that Oreos are cookies and they have wheat... that has gluten so ABSOLUTELY NOT! I saw the order, it was right. Today was the party. And after our server gave her cake to every child and adult there, I asked for a small piece. Guess what? Oreos in the center!!! So now three children suffer, including the birthday boy. I called the store. You told me a manager would have to call me back. Nothing so far... I will update when or when they call and say how they treat this BIG error.

I love this place! The frozen yogurt is really delicious! I'm going here when I'm sad and it really does my day! Staff rock!

Fun, cheery place for buffet style FroYo. Our young sons loved the little toys they gave them too. They also give a military discount.
