Gibroni's Pizza - San Clemente

I had never heard of Detroit-style pizza before, but we were instantly hooked after our first bite! The food is consistently delicious! Our favorite is The Baba with extra cheese. And don’t forget to add the hot honey!

I had a fantastic Motor City Monday pizza tonight! It was delivered right on time, just like always. I even have a few slices left for later this week. I'm excited to see where you all are relocating! I hope it's closer to Capo Beach!

I ordered delivery straight to Artifex Brewery because my pregnant wife was craving pizza while I enjoyed some beers. Thank you!

Born and raised in Detroit, I know Buddies pizza and this was only close in style, but not in quality. Not sure if it was the cheese or pepperoni, but way too salty. The crust was nice and service was good. The only Detroit style pizza that I have found on the West Coast was a place in Thousand Oaks and the owner was classically trained in San Francisco to reproduce the closest Buddies I’ve had. Hopefully you can tweak your ingredients accordingly.Thank you for your reply!
