Terre Di Antiche Solfare - SAN CATALDO

We met with 20 relatives at this place the venue is the former office place of the mine which was located nearby in the middle of a forrest. All food is local and the kitchen crew knows how to cook in a simple traditional and very tasty way. We did have a large variety of sicilian starters then a pasta with ricotta and salsiccia and a main dish with 4 5 different meats. The desert was a perfect closing of this wonderful day. Thank you very much for have taken care of us....

This was recommended to us by family living in Sicily, never would have discovered on our own. The property as beautiful, the historic tour of the mine enlightening but the food....OH THE FOOD, outstanding! The staff treated us like family...Siciliana famiglia...if you know what I mean, if you don’t you must discover it!
