If I could give zero stars I would gladly do it ... zero cleaning dirty room with little light ... no hot water in the rooms ... very little friendliness zero hair in the sheets. Catastrophic experience, doesn't even deserve 1 star, I don't even understand the 4 stars of this hotel, I will never set foot here again, staff who don't care, royally don't care about the customers, horrible breakfasts, well, non-existent breakfasts I don't even understand how a hotel like this can still stay open. Horrible noise because the rooms overlook the hall where people allow themselves to make noise until the early hours. Anyway, I could still say a lot, I prefer to stop there.
