I have visited 80% of the grand chef in France 1,2 and 3 stars) I have visited a few in Italy but not as many, villa crespi 3 stars, madernassa 2 stars, Quattro passi 2 stars etc, so I al what you can call, an experienced client, this chef will become one day two stars Michelin, mark my word This dinner was spectacular for one star, I was blown away by this young chef from Naples, I will remember him

We dined at the Ristorante Castillo di Fighine on October 14, 2023. We were greeted by a beautiful young lady who was kind enough to look for us outside because it was dark and we were lost. We chose 5 course selection and every single dish was delicious as well as beautifully presented. The overall experience was pleasant and memorable. I would definitely recommend Ristorante Castillo di Fighine.

Ristorante Castello di Fighine is a marvelous place, not only because of its location with beautiful landscapes, but because of its great service which was very professional and attentive. Regarding the food, it was amazing. The dishes had so much detail and elegance, and the flavor exceeded my expectations. Definitely won’t miss it whenever visiting Tuscany again.

It is not easy to reach the castle from San casciano because you have to walk a dirt road for a few km. but on arrival you certainly paid off the effort just to the view of the extraordinary location. the dinner was simply perfect, all the exquisite courses both those chosen by us and those (numerous) opening and closing. we really were delighted by everything and comes out more than satisfied and satolli. a special mention for the courtesy and skill of the staff and sommelier who knew well to recommend and also to try different wines unknown and particular. absolutely correct account.

Surprise lunch in the beautiful terrace of the restaurant in a truly unique atmosphere. a wonderful sensorial experience that comes from food, from wines both to the highest level of quality and imagination and the skill of the staff who, with high professionalism, can make the guest feel in paradise.
