Unbelievable natural sources and pools. Great lake and mountain views. Great indoor pools and spa. A fantastic feeling of exclusivity and distance with boat access. Champaign welcomes a most attentive and knowledgeable reception manager. Very recommended. At least 2 nights. We were sad to go after only 1

This is a beautiful hotel in a magnificent location. more important is that the personal is wonderful. pablo is a fount of knowing, is responsive and will help them with advice. all the workers I met spoke well English (my Spanish is terrible) which will be a reflection for others in the same boat. the only part is that it is about 20 km away from bariloche, but this is not a big thing, as regular buses run close. If I ever have the luck of returning to bariloche, I will stay here.

Beautiful room with an even more beautiful view! The staff/management is very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay, our only regret was we didn't book for more than one night.

Unfortunately we spent only one night in this family-run hotel. The rooms were just very comfortable. The view from the rooms and the reception is absolutely stunning. The staff is very lovely and well english-speaking. Breakfast is served and is very varied compared to other hotels. You have the opportunity to lend a KAYAK and to paddle on the upstream lake or spend a few hours of sunshine on the small in-house beach. Thanks for the short but very nice stay.

Absolutely stunning views over the lake and the mountains just from the amazingly comfortable lobby. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. I am very grateful for the time here... It's a shame that's over so fast.
