The hotel is good enough, always clean, quiet and with good attention. The location is amazing, next to the cathedral and the lake and in the middle, all the micro stops are nearby. The room was in good condition in general even though one of the curtains was broken by being hooked only with a folded wire and the window was locked and we couldn't open it. We were not inconvenient because it happened during the last day of the stay and they said they were going to send maintenance people to fix it. The bathroom was also very noisy, all the crates of other rooms and the running water were heard. On the other hand, breakfast is amazing, a lot of fruit, cakes, jams and drinks. I'd be back!

Excellent attention, very friendly and attentive staff. They care about getting variety for my celiac breakfast! They have Jacuzzi shifts per protocol. Excellent location. Thank you so much for everything.
