Cristal - San Carlos de Bariloche

Stuff was super helpful and nice, thank you for your hospitality! The hotel map was good and the prices were cool. The pool is warm and has massage equipment. Location is amazing, you are in the center of the center. There are free parking and you should try Crepes in a buffet breakfast.

We really enjoyed our 6 nights here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and it is nice to use the pool. The sauna is at an additional price that was disappointing. The location is fantastic bars, shops and restaurants on the front door, 5 minutes walk from the center civico and 2 minutes to the lake. There is WiFi, but it can be slow. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The decor is a little dated, but comparable to other hotels in Bariloche. We were for the Ironman races so had a lot of equipment and come and go with bikes etc. The employees were all incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They even have a special early breakfast for race participants.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the director. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Comes with gym, air-conditioned and covered pool (free) and spa, massages, sauna (not free). Breakfast is varied and delicious.

Old and bad room , small for family of 4 as well as not clean enough and jacuzzi not working well Despite breakfast similar 1/2 star hotel 3 starts for location and wiming pool/spa

WiFi-Connection at my room is bad. In audience hall, connection failed. Bathroom is very small. Airconditioning not working. No safe. Window to other wall. No power-plug at bed, only one at the desk and one in bathroom. Room is clean, but whole Hotel looks pretty old/outdated.
