Amazing and extremely talented chef with unique and highly impressive courses. Staff and presentation is extraordinary! Please give it a chance. This is a must!

Attendance was low the night we dined here and I can't understand why. The ambiance, the service and the food were all 5 stars!After the server made us comfortable, the chef introduced himself and explained the 7 course degustation menu we were contemplating. Sold!!As each course came out, it was explained by the server (usually) - one or two were introduced by the chef. We chose our own wines rather than the pairing suggested.*Each and every* course was imaginative, very well presented, well proportioned and delicious. How many restaurants can you go to and say that?The price was good too. An equivalent experience here in Australia would cost double what we paid.You will miss out if you don't dine here when in Bariloche.

The people that work here are really friendly and explain very well what you eat... The food looks amazing like little paintings. And it tastes very good. I took the 7 course with the comparing wine. Great combinations. Support this unique place people!!

If you are seeking a special and unique dining experience in Bariloche, this is it. My wife and I had the 7 course degustation with wine pairing, and it was absolutely sensational. English speaking staff in a well appointed restaurant looked after us perfectly. The chef came to our table about four times to explain each amazing dish in detail. The rest also explained by an affable and informative waitstaff.Each dish was beautifully presented; a real work of art that required staring at as much as savouring. And boy, the food was superb. Can't stress this enough: this is quality world class dining in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the town square.They also accommodated my seafood allergy by providing hand crafted exquisite alternatives.If you are over the Massive parilla and papas fritas so popular in Argentina and are keen for a memorable experience, this is for you.Three wines- white, red and dessert perfectly complemented each dish. Recommended.Expensive? Yep, more than your average meal but worth every cent and more. On the other hand, a meal and service like this in Australia would cost a lot more, so for us it was a bargain.This restaurant is only a few months old. We were pleased to get in before word gets out and it takes weeks to get a reservation!I need extra rating stars to give this a better review than all my others!Un experiencia marvelloso!

This was a really nice place to change from the tipical parrilla. We had the 7 couse tasting menu and everything was delicious and meticuosly served and made. The service was impecable and everybody was nice and hospitable. It was a great tour through all the local foods.
