Malga San Silvestro - SAN CANDIDO

This is the most refined natural flavour that we have found so far after years of visiting the Dolomite. Following an easy one-hour hike (kid's friendly) up the San Silvestro Valley, you reach this small cute Malga at 1800 meters between the mountains. They make their own cheese and meats, prepared in the regional fashion, with an exquisite taste for simplicity and local ingredients. Real comfort food seating overlooking the valley.
