Bidrage med feedbackExcellent spot for a small meal with friends or colleagues. The seating is intimate, mostly for couples or a party of four. The decor is understated but upscale, compared to the other eateries in the shopping center. The service is attentive and prompt. Parking is pretty available given this is a shopping center, especially during weekends when you don't have the working professionals working in the nearby offices. The selection of French food with North African influence gives you a wide variety of dishes to choose from, breakfast to dinner. The salad greens are not exceptional... ok but not then freshest. The savory goat cheese and date crepe I had seemed a little lacking in filling, some bites were nothing but buckwheat, but at least it didn't leave me feeling bloated. The cheese steak panini was excellent, hot and gooey, the meat cooked just right. The crepe brulee was a tad too sweet but overall very delicious, the scoop of gelato working well with the warm crepe. Prices were a bit high but acceptable. Definitely a spot for repeat visits!
Love this place in my neighborhood! Buckwheat savory crepes are delicious! Latte, cappuccino, mocha, every single coffee drink they make is so flavored and has incredible taste i think even better than Starbucks
This Cafe has a Quaint vibe to it and all the staff is very warm and hospitable, even making recommendations knowing we were visitors. I ordered the onion soup here and a grilled chicken salad. Nothing over the top, but very satisfactory. Their preparation actually gave it a very homemade feel.
First time here. Our waiter was nice and well informed. We tried the Mediterranean salad with chicken. (See photo) Not a bad salad but not the best Ive had. Alot of options on the menu if you like Crepes! They alo serve Gelato. Will come back and try something else.
A good brunch joint in Bayhill, with kind staff and fair pricing/portions. I ordered an eggs florentine for $13.75, and it came with a side of potatoes. I think the sauce was alright, but got a little bland after finishing the first one. Otherwise, it really was a pretty filling meal!! A cool aspect of Cafe Grillades would be the service buttons at the side of the tables, which you can press to get the waitress' attention. In all, I would return to Cafe Grillades, but would definitely try out their savory crepes next time.
