Tgi Friday's - San Bernardino

Thank you, Bri, our waitress, for making my birthday celebration special! She truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service for our table. The steaks and drinks were fantastic for everyone.

The service was poor and the manager was quite rude. The food was cold and the presentation was messy. We had to wait a long time, and when we finally received our drinks, the cup was dirty. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

My server was friendly, but she didn't check on us very often. There were plenty of opportunities for her to upsell, as we were really open to suggestions. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.

I hadn't been to a TGIF in over ten years, so I decided to try something different and visit with friends after work. It was a bit hidden, but still easy to locate, and there was plenty of parking available. Upon entering, I noticed that the decor seemed somewhat outdated—it reminded me more of a Denny's and felt a bit dark. The background music was a bit off for our drinking vibe, but it was still manageable. Our bartender, Grace, was incredibly friendly, pleasant, and engaging. She was very helpful with the menu too. The drink prices were reasonable, though I’ve seen cheaper options at other places, especially during Happy Hour. The food was delicious and packed with flavor. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely return. I hope the rest of the bar staff is as wonderful as Grace!

We absolutely love TGI Fridays! Since there aren’t many locations back home, we thought it would be a great idea to visit while we were out of town. The food was fantastic, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. Our waitress was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, we had a wonderful time and sampled a little bit of everything. We will definitely be back when we find a location closer to us!
