Whataburger - San Benito

My burger vanished. Whatburger? Definitely not one of the better locations I've been to, the stuff came out cold. There is a sentimental attachment though, so even though we had a barely lukewarm patty melt and fries, we also had the joy of knowing we were here, eating Barbi's fave fast food meal, in Barbi's hometown. And that was special.

I see why this is not a 5 star rating. They make 2 lanes when it is only one and when they put you in the second one they don't even get your order right and it is someone else's order that you may pay for and they don't even bring out your order out. They have to go back in and get it. It is not made for 2 lane orders. If they are going to do this they need to upgrade this restaurant. Fast food place and it took almost 20 min for our order and they didn't even get it right. No

Gross food. Food used to be great, now it's a bunch of mess. Bread is super hard and cold meat. You get home and your order is wrong. Best of luck going in the morning to get fresh food. Past 4PM food is trash and bad attitudes.

My order was made incorrectly and they gave me old dried up toast. Not the first time either.

As soon as we drove up to the drive thru window the young man yelled GAMEOVER! Not sure what that means? Been at the drive thru for 15 mins, waiting for him to answer, again. Now we don't know if we should leave or not. Now he just took our order. This kid was very unprofessional. Now I'm afraid to even try my food.
