Chalet La Promenade

Structure in the middle of the promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto with restaurant bar and beach concession. Very varied and good bar and ice cream service managed by kind and attentive boys. Sevizio beach to be improved by dedicating a more careful and cared attention to the customer considering the cozy and pleasant place in which it is located and the beautiful sea .Pur having paid for the whole week a majority share for the services extra requested by us, several times we had to ask them because they were moved from the umbrella that has been assigned to us. Hot showers for a fee and access to some facilities to expand/ arrange .like the children's area and cabins. Finally a few extra greetings and smiles would not hurt.

Lido well equipped but little space between an umbrella and the other. Possibility to have lunch with a good value for money.

We were at dinner, we ordered pizzas and a bruschetta... We waited much more than 45 minutes to eat, not pizza, but focaccia with over the dressing. Salt randomly thrown on the bruschetta with ham. Never seen before! .. non-empathic waiters except for the supertifoso of Inter... pizzas dear especially because, I repeat, not pizzas but focacce... pizza is something else...I have cleared my disappointment in cash and I have found assumption and little understanding by the owners... We won't be back..

We asked for a fish fry and arrived a dish with some fish here and there and so many fried zucchini of bad quality, probably deflected and cooked. I mean, we saw a lot of fish!

We went to eat the so-called roasters, never again. Apart from the dirt, the slowness and the fuss of the waiters. All bad and expensive.... never again!
