La Pace - San Benedetto del Tronto

Hotel la Pace recently renovated in an excellent location. Both the outside (with garden) and the inside are beautiful. Room and bathroom not very large but functional. Excellent mattress. Breakfast to be rearranged: served not as a buffet: you can order one piece per person per type. Standard products. Result: unsatisfactory for the hotel category. I correct the owner's concern in calling me and understanding the disservice, unfortunately no one will give me my holiday back so I can't change things as they went, but I can still say that he was very courteous in this and got some points back in worrying about my review. Rude maids who keep knocking even after breakfast in a hurry to make up the rooms. Poor breakfast with questionable quality products. The owner's rudeness and sufficiency to any uncommentable request. Before leaving I asked the owner for a courtesy, but since I had already paid, he snubbed me and treated me with great rudeness. The beach in front related to the hotel was equally rude, the staff and the lifeguard as well as having practically nothing for aperitifs but only lunches to book (in the morning for breakfast at the hotel). In fact, I practically always had lunch at the club 23 next door, which is definitely another level of courtesy, education and excellent cuisine. The only positive star I gave is for the seafront location which is the reason why I chose it, otherwise it is uncommentable. Soggiorno perfetto! La struttura è molto bella e si nota che è stata ristrutturata recentemente; molto attenti alla pulizia. La posizione è ottima considerato che è fronte mare con spiaggia privata e a 10 minuti in bici dal centro. Il personale dell’hotel è molto disponibile e cortese. From my first communication with Gabriele to our check-out, my husband and I had the most unforgettable stay at Hotel La Pace. All the staff was professional, courteous and accommodating. The meals were exceptionally delicious and affordable. We wish that we could have stayed longer at this most comfortable, clean, crisp, quiet and perfectly located hotel. It was such an amazing experience that we are hopefully planning to go back with family members. We would highly recommend Hotel La Pace for all of the above and many more positive reasons. Rooms: Clean, crisp, filled with all amenities including a safe. Sufficient closet space and office desk area. Nearby activities: Beach is directly in front with kiosk that offers snacks and drinks. Safety: All safety requirements in place. There was staff present till 2:00am, returning at 7:00am. Walkability: Located close to restaurants, shopping centre and a beautiful boardwalk. Food drinks: Abundant dinner meals and a variety of wines and spirits. Noteworthy details: Accommodating and professional staff.
