Wingstop - San Antonio

This is the second time when I go to this wing stop they never forget all order in I am 5/6 miles away and they want me to go back and the will give me an extra ranch or extra order od Veggie, I think they can hold Veggies there I will never get back to this wing up???????

I had placed and order online and called to make sure it would be done as I like it, and the lady who assured me that it would be done accordingly. Go home and my request was completely ignored. I called back and the same lady answered (she was very helpful and I appreciate her) told me the right order will be done in 20 minutes, took almost and hour at the wing stop all while the chefs and managers stared in the back and talked about me. Not to appreciate that a bit, would not suggest going to this Wingstop.

After placing my order online at 6:40 pm I set it up to be picked up at 8:15. When I got there at 8:19 the girl said my order is still being made...so I went down the street to whataburger to get a salad and when I came back at 8:30 and asked for my order she said it's being bagged..so I got my order at 8:45 pm..30 min late...I don't understand why they let me place an order over an hour in advance and I still have to wait 30 min...

Burnt fries .... Nasty . I don't recommend. I feel I was given old fries. Tasted nasty.

Idk seeing the cashier stuff their mouth as you have lunch then go up to the front counter without washing hands or sanitizer
