Whataburger - San Antonio

I used to really enjoy their biscuits and gravy, and I've visited several of their locations. However, I've noticed that the gravy is becoming too watery lately. Because of this, I no longer go there for biscuits and gravy. I'm not sure if they've changed their ingredients, but it definitely seems like there's more water in the gravy now.

This is the messiest Whataburger I've ever visited. The drive-thru wait is always around 20-30 minutes, and I rarely get everything I ordered. On my last visit, they handed me a bag that was soaked in soda, with the cup completely covered in it as well. The employee just handed it to me and said, "Sorry about that." If you were truly sorry, you would have cleaned it up before giving it to me, rather than making my car all sticky.

I ordered chicken strips with extra buffalo sauce and a bacon cheese burger with an extra patty. I received a plain cheeseburger and a BBQ chicken strip sandwich. I had driven too far away to go back.

I ordered food through Uber Eats, and I was disappointed. I paid for bacon, but there was none in my burger, which was also cold. The fries were cold, and my son's kids meal came with the wrong treat, plus his fries were cold as well. This will be my first and last experience with Uber Eats. The only reason I resorted to delivery is that my van is in the shop. I won't be doing this again, and I would like a refund.

My family went to Whataburger #320 on 7/14 6:10pm. Excited to try their new bacon blue cheese burger. Only small amount of blue cheese, nothing like the picture. It was still good. We had to ask them to wipe down a table for us because all of themwere dirty. Their 3 trash cans were over flowing with trash. I couldn 't throw my trash away. I mentioned it to one of theworkers and he said ok . We did notice they were fully staffed and not very busy so it wasn 't like they didn 't have someone totake care of it. There were also 4 workers eating dine-in. They were probably on their break or before work. Makes me wonder ifthe dining room is so messy, how does the kitchen look?
