Liz was an amazing waitress who treated us so well! Eating was probably one of the best meal we had in sa for a few years. delicious with beautiful coating. the ambiente was also amazing.

Up Scale is one of the best fine dining restaurants in town. The food quality is worth the price point, and the restaurant week menu is simply a steal. The sushi melted in my mouth, the lobster pasta still had steam coming off it by the time it was set on the table. Truly an amazing experience!

We have been several times in the past, but until last night had been a while. They have significantly reduced the menu and portions which was very disappointing. The sides now come with mains and there are no substitutions so if you don’t like the side paired with the entree, you are out half of the plate. The portions are way smaller all while costing the same. They no longer have sushi rolls or specials and the demeaned of the staff just seemed down. The food was okay, but it’s gone downhill in a big way and still makes for a pricier dinner. We love all of the Carpenter’s restaurants and hope this one can make a come back. But our group all agreed that based on last nights experience, we would not be inclined to go back.
