Sushi Zushi - San Antonio

Our go-to sushi chain! We went for the lunch special because of their bento boxes!! The poke bento box is super tasty and has a ncie kale salad and 2 pieces of gyoza. The sashimi bento comes with 2 pieces of gyoza, 4 pieces of california roll, and seaweed and squid salad! The salmon tartar is a great appetizer too, with a generous amount of salmon and avacado! The fish has always been very fresh here. The inside is nice and clean with low lighting. There are a variety of tables and booths. It can get cold so I'd recommend bringing a jacket. Our waitress was very nice and attentive! The hostess was also friendly! Parking is easy and free too

My husband and I are major sushi lovers, so I'm glad we finally had a chance to check this place out. Although the restaurant isn't incredibly huge, there's plenty of indoor seating for a booth or table. I was pretty hungry, so I indulged by ordering two sushi rolls (Cajun and Jack) and edamame. Our server was absolutely wonderful and did a great job checking in on us. This place offers good food and awesome customer service, so that alone is enough for me to visit in the future.

Every time we come on a weekend evening, they always have at least an hour wait, which was to be expected. The hostess was so kind to put her name down on the waitlist and stated if we wanted to leave, they would call us when our table was ready, which worked out great for what we had to do that evening. We went and ran errands. We were going to run afterwards and as soon as we drove up, they called us. as soon as we walked in, we were sat at our table. We enjoyed all of the food. I love coming here because the joy sauce is so yummy as well as the rolls. And we were really hungry so we ordered fried rice to start with which is always fresh and full of flavor. We ordered the ginger salad and the cucumber salad, which both were excellent and fresh. The little one got a miso soup with noodles in it because she was expecting a noodle bowl so the waitress was generous that she could eat. The Key West and the Philadelphia roll are my favorite and they were absolutely delicious. We definitely will be back.!

This place always gets the job done. In my opinion it's like fast food sushi lol never my number one choice, but it's never been bad.

Ordered lunch for pickup from here My roll was the Dragon Roll as I like eel sushi, and a miso soup to warm have some warm broth along with. The rest of the party really enjoyed their rolls, as did I! They have some creative roll combinations and reasonable prices all around. Would I eat there again, yes!
