Starbucks - San Antonio

Somehow I have good timing, so I never had to wait really long.

Went to this location since it is close to work. I wanted to organize some paperwork. use the restroom (emergency). Initially they’re welcome and why did the coach the restroom. Like I said, it was an emergency took me a bit longer than expect, the knocking as well was expected. No, there was a blonde heavyset woman outside with a very judgmental look on her face. The two young boys golf course, laughing on how long it took in the restroom. Once order was paid for, and given. Employees continue overheard them jokingly saying that I was probably drugs in the restroom. No I continued what I set my mind to, but was reminded very early, they closed at 8:30. After a couple minutes, I went ahead and decided to leave. As I was leaving, I overheard employee speaking into the headset that he thinks that high the customer knows that they were talking about me very rude service.

It’s okay . Expensive as usual but I stand by the employees who are over worked and under payed . So I don’t mind paying the price . Starbucks pay your employees more and better insurance

They gave me the wrong drink and then when I went in and asked for a different drink the lady looked at me and said yeah you grabbed the wrong drink and she purposely put my drink and this like puddle of coffee I looked at her for a second and then she said can I help you with some thing else really rude horrible customer service. It was the fat blonde lady that wears ugly lipstick.

The really cool Emo guy who works there is literally the best and sweetest. He works so hard and has the greatest personality. Ngl I’d only come back to this Starbucks just to see him
