We enjoyed the stay in Hyatt, had the friendly and diligent waitress. Was very sharp and even led me personally. Will be only for hospitality

Charlies Burger was delicious, the tomato jam was sweet and savory. The waiters were also very attentive. 10/10

A little late for our favorite breakfast/brunch menu, but the lunch offerings are diverse, ample, and tasty. Three salad choices were adequate, the daily soup choice is regularly rich and flavorful, the burger is a large lean patty and tall with bacon/cheese/lettuce/tomato, and the steak fries are seasoned just right and a perfect mix of soft center and crispy outside. Our guest 's grilled chicken breast was pleasant as well. Our server, Patsy, was just attendant enough and helpfully responsive to our questions. Springhouse is a consistently excellent experience for us even when Sunday brunch disappoints our omelet desires after 11:30.

Great food, service and venue. The service was excellent here. Anna at the reception, Cecilia and all our servers Julia and Karen did wonderfully. A lot of fresh food at the buffet, fruit, yogurt, hot dishes, cereals, pastries and omelet chefs! I love every breakfast and dinner we had here! Thank you.

Every morning during the presidential day, food and service were great. You can always order from the menu; on weekends they also have a buffet with a good variety of everything, including fruit, omelet station, etc.
