Sansei Japan - San Antonio

We had a very troubling experience at this restaurant. A tall man, resembling a Neanderthal with curly hair, verbally and physically confronted us and four other customers when we asked about our food after a 45-minute wait. He even threatened violence against us and attacked a young lady. Despite our requests for our food or a refund, he refused to cooperate. An Asian staff member mentioned he wouldn’t fire the aggressive individual. We have filed a police report regarding this incident. Additionally, the man insulted women in line by calling them "bitches" when they inquired about their orders. This establishment should reconsider hiring individuals with criminal backgrounds.

It’s 4:50 on a Sunday and they can’t take my order because they are already closed. Please update your hours.

This place is a poor imitation of Sarku. I would definitely recommend skipping it. Food: 2/5

The beef teriyaki was delicious and tender. The noodles could use some flavor improvements. I did not try the fried rice but maybe another time. The staff was very courteous.

I have tried to eat here a couple of times the last couple of weeks and they are always out of stuff. Their hours are posted as opening at 10:00 and at 11:30 on 12/28 they were still not open and turning customers away.
