Papa Johns Pizza - San Antonio

Pizza was cold I did not receive my full order. I called to the manager and he had a bad attitude! I asked for his superior and he put Joe Ximenez on the phone that was worse than the manager. Neither one looked after my experience or even the problem. He was in a hurry to get me off the phone, then hanged while I was talking. Terrible customer service and terrible food. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

The pizza is amazing, but I had to wait an hour to get our order even though I placed the order online a day in advance.Food: 5/5

Employees at this location have little to no customer service experience. We arrived on time to pick up our pizza, when we got there, we were told 5 more minutes, then 5 minutes later, told another 10 minutes. We waited 20 extra minutes. Someone had dropped the wings on the floor. While waiting another customer walked in and was told that there was no record of his phone in order at all.

They have no where to sit and wait. They are not very friendly and their sign didn't give me the information I needed. I asked but he just said to look at the sign.Food: 5/5
