The food was good, but had to wait thirty minutes for our food because of the chow mine.

I visited the restaurant on Christmas Eve, and the sign on the door indicated a closing time of 8 PM. However, I arrived at 5:25 PM only to find the place closed. The staff inside saw me but completely ignored my presence. I tried to ask why the doors were locked before 8 PM, but received no response. I called the restaurant, and when they answered at 5:51 PM, I asked what time they closed. The person informed me that they would close at 8 PM and confirmed they were open for dinner. Honestly, it seems like there's a lack of communication from their Valley Hi location. I was really disappointed and would rate them zero stars if I could, as they truly don't deserve a better review.

I only saw an employee picking up a black container bowl that sat on the serving line, had fried rice and put it in the main bowl on the serving line and then used an employee that same black bowl that had rice in it and put noodles in it. I don't know what the customer got this bowl in the drive, but this is considered a cross-food contamination. The bowl and the contents should be thrown away, not back into the main dish for any reason. They just don't know whose observation, but 3 employees were all nearby and had no objections to what was done. They didn't seem to care that I either looked at when I was waiting for someone to help me with my order. It's just bad.

The orange chicken was so spicy it was inedible. Seriously, what's going on? I like spicy food but the orange chicken is usually mild, will not order from here again. Not worth it.
