The service really went down here. It used to be super fast to eat here as in and out in less than 40 minutes, but no more. Maybe it's just a trend with the new staff in the afternoon, but no one has an attention or a sense of urgency. Even tho the restaurant was slow and my server only had another table at the time, it took 15 minutes to get my drink. I had come to the restaurant at 2:30, hoping to get another lunch special, but my server did not take my order until 3:20... Perfectly understandable when it's busy, but not that. When the food arrived, my pasta looked like she had been eating for a long time because the butter/oil was separated from the Alfredo and the cheese was dry. I just had time to take some bites so I could get back to work, but I was too late anyway. I learned my lesson.

Our waiter Larry did a great job. There were some mistakes with our appetizers and my husband's food and he was up there. He noticed that my husband's food correction lasted very long and he had his manager without saying anything at all. I got this from Italy and it's allies. You can share it or lunch for the next day.

Server was great, food was typical OG, hostess didn't have a clue about customer service, told our party of 5 it will be a 20-30 minute wait meanwhile the restaurant was 1/2 empty and she was seating many guests same size arrived after us. I spoke to the manager, he was somewhat accommodating, that seemed to expedite the process. You'll never get return business telling paying customers to wait 30 minutes with a 1/2 empty restaurant.....
