Mcdonald's - San Antonio

My 1st time being inside here since remodel. It's very nice inside. The employee who brought my food was very nice. With the kiosk, you don't really interact with anybody else. But the place was clean and the food was good. Nice environment

Drive thru ALWAYS takes forever like 10-15 min. . And then you finally drive up to pay and they park you for another 5-10 min. They USED to be so great. Idk what happened.Food: 3/5

My order is ALWAYS missing items, and they take 30 minutes to bring out 1 happy meal.Food: 1/5

They take for ever I was the only one in line and they still took over 15 minutes at 6am . Employees just laughing and playing with no sense of urgency. Don't understand people have to go to work so get there early but still have to wit excessive timesService: 1/5

I waited 40 minutes for my ice-cream and it was given away for to someone else the whole time. Manager snapped at me for not having a number on the blank receipt (it's not my job to refill the ink on the self order kiosk)My order was made using my mcdonalds points, so clearly I can see my name on their receipt that's hanging on the ice cream machine but they still insisted to having my receipt. I was yelled at by the old lady manager who was extremely angry at everyone. Not my problem that you keep giving the wrong orders away.
