However, there was one instance when I ordered a basket of fries that clearly had been sitting under heat lamps for too long—they weren't hot or fresh at all. On the other hand, the cookies are consistently fresh, no doubt about it. I've never had any problems with the staff; there's a nice elderly gentleman who is often outside cleaning or fixing things. He was thoughtful enough to inform us when the lobby was open and when it was closed on another occasion. I also want to address a negative review I saw about employees wanting $15 an hour. The reviewer complained about their breakfast muffins missing cheese. Mistakes happen, and if that’s the case, it’s best to notify the staff to fix it. I've generally had good experiences with the food, and I believe they would make things right if there was ever an issue.
The morning staff is vibrant and friendly, creating a great team atmosphere. The French fries were hot and fresh. The bathroom doors are locked, so you need to ask for assistance, but this isn't necessarily a negative aspect.
We used the app to place our order ahead of time. However, during check-in at the drive-thru, there was some confusion on their end, which resulted in us having to park and wait for our order. Additionally, they attempted to charge us again at the drive-thru window, even though we had already paid through the app using our registered card. It seems like they could benefit from some additional training regarding app orders, which is why I deducted one star. On a positive note, the food is consistently delicious, and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely continue to support this restaurant.
