Mcdonald's - San Antonio

After 10 minutes I received the wrong order. I complained to the manager who then yelled at his employee Stop wasting my inventory. I received my burger only to discover it bone dry as if it was recooked on the grill. Complained to the same manager who only insulted me.

Stopped for drinks on our road trip and had the most amazing service we've ever had at a McDonald's. Polite and friendly staff were a bright spot on this dreary morning!

As a matter of fact we went yesterday and the crew was super friendly and the manager offered my kids free ice cream for after they were done eating near me and she made sure they eat all their food before giving them their ice cream had a wonderful experience and that's why I drive to Blanco and 1604 just for the McDonald's

I just wanted to say thank you for being open on Christmas night for a bit. I’m pregnant and got sick the week of Christmas I was unable to go to the store and with my pregnancy brain, I accidentally burnt my breakfast which I didn’t eat and burnt dinner so I didn’t eat all day! I went to see if there was a chance any fast food just might be open, and even though there was a long line, you guys made my meal perfectly with no mistakes and the line went quickly! I know it must suck to work on Christmas and I’m so sorry you weren’t home with family but I am so thankful for you guys and I just hope you get a special day of recognition for your hard work during the holidays thank you again!
