Bidrage med feedbackTypically solid pizza. Guys there are cool. This time my pizza wasn't cooked all the way, but it was great cold later. They were just super busy.
I went in Wed. 8/11/21 at about 5:30pm for a Hot Ready Extra Most Bestest pizza. Other locations always have this pizza on hand during Hot Ready hours; it wasn 't even a busy weekend night or close to closing. They didn 't have any said it 'd be a 15 min. wait. We agree to wait, no problem. 15 min. later an employee 's leaving tells us our order should be ready any minute. Turns out, he was just being polite happy to leave, he had NO clue. They HADN 'T EVEN STARTED MAKING IT! Mind u, the whole time I was the only customer in the store clearly stood out. 20 min. in, they admit they DIDN 'T EVEN START MAKING IT. They forgot , but did not apologize or offer to make it right, whatsoever. They give us the $1 difference back a very OLD, NASTY, DRY, BURNT regular pepperoni pizza at full price. My kids aren 't picky they said it was disgusting w/hardly any cheese sauce. I didn 't even touch it, it looked so bad. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!! WORST Little Caesars location EVER! I 'll be reporting it to corporate. This location is on our way home from our kids ' new school, but we 'll be going out of the way to avoid this place at all costs.
I have been a loyal customer for years, and this had some really good pizza. However, it seems their customer service has taken a turn for the worse. A week ago they messed up my order, and when i called them back they said they claimed that the next pizza i ordered would be free of charge. Today i tried placing an order again, but now they tell my that they won't honor the promise they made.
They tried to offer me an old pizza, I asked them for a fresh one and told them I would wait.... I waited only to get an old pizza already cooked that they then added more cheese on and cooked again. A fresh pizza doesn't come out like this. I literally pulled the burned parts up and they came off only to find cheese underneath that was there previously. Why would you have me wait for this? Just tell me you don't want to make me a fresh pizza and I can take what you have or leave. That kind of honesty I can respect and I'll leave.
While I was waiting, I witnessed an interaction between another customer and the manager. The customer complained about the quality of his pizza (he had ordered the ExtraMostBestest) because it lacked pepperoni. The manager responded that the pictures were misleading and insisted that it was prepared correctly, despite the customer informing him that he had ordered the same pizza three times before and it had never looked like this. The photos I saw confirmed that the pizzas served did not meet the standard for the ExtraMostBestest. It seems that the manager is the primary point of failure at this establishment. When I arrived, he was on his phone and holding a cutting board. He is not proactively training his employees, which has resulted in several critical errors by the cashiers, who don't know the proper way to cut the pizzas or follow the recipes correctly. He also sets a poor example by demonstrating that it’s okay to be dismissive and argumentative with customers. On the bright side, he did offer me a 20oz soda while I was waiting.
