Bush's Chicken - San Antonio

Worst drive through system ever. They can’t get but 1 order at a time. You’ll be sitting there for 20 minutes there is only 2 cars in the line NO one inside.

I was in this location on 4/24/24 at about 1:30 pm. There were was a senior woman having lunch and when she got up to go to the counter, the employee who dealt with her and her special instructions earlier, graciously interrupted his own lunch to help her. She seemed fragile and moved slowly and he was so patient with her. That is a caring individual and he should be commended for treating your guests as a person and not just a customer.Also the man who took my order was so nice, the food and speed of service was spot on!

Last couple times I've been here it's been fast, attentive service and hot and fresh food. Will recommend

Bad service. Walked in, another customer was standing before me to order. We waited and waited and workers passing by and no one acknowledged us. No one said we 'll be with you in a min after waiting 7-8 min, standing n waiting it felt like 1 hr, but I left. Then, I see the other customer in front of me leaving too. Wow. Not sure if I 'll be back.

Ordered chicken breasts x 3 and paid the upcharge. Received 2 wings and a thigh. Even had a long wait for the chicken. Never again. Waste of .
