House Of Pizza - San Antonio

Seems weird to leave a review for a place labeled Permanently closed. I did order food from House of Pizza yesterday. They called me back to let me know they didn 't have half the the things I ordered. Then they did deliver some food to a place I was not located. Shockingly, once I found my order, I tried some of the cold calzone, and it didn 't taste terrible. If you were smart enough to look up a pizza joint and not call the number on the leaflet slipped under your door, I 'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Worst experience ever for pizza in San Antonio Ordered pizza at 8 o'clock at night didn't get the pizza until 930 Pizza was cold Soda was hot not what I ordered Phone went straight to voicemail finally the manager of the hotel got through when I explained the problem the person on the other end of the line had no idea what to do his name was Robert but he said he would have the manager call me back as soon as she got in That didn't happen. 8 dollar delivery charge not posted on menu.

Do NOT order or eat here. Used GrubHub to order a calzone and a gyro. I got cold food with a bag of chips instead of the fries that were ordered. The gyro came NOT on pita bread but on pizza bread who the hell does this? The calzone had zero sauce. I could have made better at home with ingredients from HEB. Don't waste your time or money ordering from this excuse for a pizza joint. When I did call after receiving an incorrect order they just blew me off and make no effort to fix it. Perhaps the worst food I have had in quite a long time. I suggest the owners sell and try some other business venture which disappoints the local community.

Rude service from the lady taking the order the food was cold and it was so over priced and the food wasn’t even that good. They didn’t even give us napkins for the jalapeño bombers. Just don’t recommend a medium pizza for $50 like I honestly want a refund.

I ordered from this place I received my pizza in the wrong size with the wrong toppings and did not get an issued refund for my full amount paid only three dollar refund I would not recommend this place at all. When I received the pizza the pizza was poorly cut and cold and very salty.
