We had a group of nine (four adults and five children) and they have changed our race easily from 6 to 9 with a smile. our service was fantastic and the refills are a’Penty. the children got all the burgers or chicken strips and they were served on gitarrenplatte, which I honestly think the children in the did their food for once to eat. two adults had burgers and they were fantastic. one had the steak salad and that was honestly the only drain of the salat was moderate and not enough steak to justify the $20 price. the few steak bites were delicious.

We sat immediately and got a place right next to the river. They had children's menus, crayons and were very friendly with our 3 years old. the Caesar salad was just ok, as if the salat had not been washed, and several bites had been like dirt in it. The children chicken coffins were annoyed and none of our 3 children would eat them. the wings were decent. the planklachs was beautifully presented, but the salmon was very fiery tasting, less attractive than my preference. our server was very attentive and very accommodating. the setting and the service was great, but eating was not as good as I came to expect to other places.

Service and server were excellent. the food was good. the restaurant was a bit too cool temperature wise.

The only complaint we have when we arrived there, they mentioned that we would wait and they would write us. we never got a text. I went 20 minutes after check-in to the Hostess booth and the hostess said she wrote us. never had to put a problem with one of the others we reserve on open table and text/communication. otherwise the experience was exactly what we expected and what we were looking for. Thank you.

Our experience was excellent! We were running late due to traffic, called the restaurant and they were very accommodating. Once we arrived, everyone from the hosts to the servers were extremely courteous and friendly. Our server, I believe her name was Emily, was super sweet and attentive. Even one of the hostesses stopped by early in the meal to check on us. The food was delicious! My burger was perfectly cooked medium (when I order medium it's almost always medium well anyway), and my husband's salmon was flavorful and juicy when more times than not, restaurant salmon is dry. We also had frozen hurricanes that were great! I took one star off for value only for the fact it's in a tourist area so the prices are slightly inflated, naturally, but for the level of service and the wonderful food, it was still a great meal for the price. We'll definitely be back!
