If I could give a zero star for this place I would. As I was eating the ramen noodles, I noticed some type of hard object that seemed like nothing related to food at all. When I called to let the lady know who sold me the food, she quickly became irate and started yelling, arguing and over talking me. I would have been ok with just getting this food item replaced or some type of partial refund, but after seeing how bad her attitude was and rude customer service provided, I returned all of the food I ordered and asked for a full refund. Besides this issue, the food was totally bland and not good at all. Worst of all was the terrible and rude customer service. Don't waste your money on this place!

My wife and I revisit a place I had tried years ago, hoping that maybe the food had gotten better. but unfortunately, the food didn't live up to hype. I ordered the grilled chicken Ramen along with the fried chicken and sushi burrito. However, when my wife brought the food home, the noodles looked like the ones you find in a regular store, and the broth was supposed to be rich, thick, and bursting with flavor. To be completely honest, it tasted like there was no flavor at all, just blandness. Something was in my wife food. I decided to go back and request a refund because there was no way I was going to spend all that money on such disappointing food. Something was in my wife food not sure what it was. On top of that the old lady cashier was really trying to yell at me. I didn’t yell back I just told her I just told her refund me and so she did. Never returning to this location again.

Fantastic Japanese food that is very close to what you would actually find in Japan! The service was quick and prices weren't too shabby either! Recommend the gyudon or teriyaki chicken!

I ordered the poke and another dish with chicken and theres just wayyyy too much rice and not a big variety of options to choose from when making the bowl the seafood is good but all the sauces added was kinda heavy on the stomach and fills u up quick not letting you finish your meal. And the boba is super sweet and no options to lower the sweatness.

First time visitors today. We love jinya but the location here in San Antonio is subpar to the Austin location and its just become too expensive $80+ to dine there. We ordered 3 bowls of ramen 1 pork belly and 1 pork chashu tonka style and chicken. The portion sizes of the meat you get blew me away! The noodles were perfect texture and the broth was full of flavor! The meats were juicy and flavorful. And it only cost $60 with tip. The best part, not having to fight traffic. This is now our go to spot for ramen.
